Account Deletion

ScoresIQ lets you delete your account at any time from inside the app. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what is kept.

To delete your account, sign in and open your account menu. Find Delete account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

When you delete your account, ScoresIQ removes your personal information: email address, display name, profile picture, sign-in linkage, and any country or profile settings you saved.

Your past prediction and scoring records are kept in a form that does not identify you. This lets other players group standings and leaderboards remain accurate after you leave.

Any public achievement share links you created will stop working after deletion. Anyone who visits an old share link will see a generic notice that the content is no longer available.

Deletion is permanent. Once complete, signing in with the same Google account will create a new account with no connection to your previous activity.

If you cannot sign in and need to request account deletion, email admin@scoresiq.com with the subject Account deletion request. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
