Terms of use
ScoresIQ is a football score prediction game you play with friends. It is not gambling and the app does not support real-money betting or payouts.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Predictions lock before kickoff. Scores are calculated using the predefined game rules shown in the app.
We may change features, wording, or availability. The service may sometimes be slow or unavailable.
If we detect abuse or manipulation we may restrict or end access to protect other players.

Who ScoresIQ is for
ScoresIQ is intended for adults. We recommend users be 18 or older. ScoresIQ is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required by your local law if that age is higher than 13.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure. Do not share access to your ScoresIQ account.
Predictions, scoring, and leaderboards
Predictions lock before match kickoff and cannot be changed after that point. Scores are calculated using the rules shown in the app. Once finalized, scores and leaderboard positions are permanent for that match.
Leaderboards and achievement records are kept for the lifetime of the group or tournament. If you delete your account, your historical prediction and scoring records remain in the system in an anonymized form so that other players standings are not affected.
Public achievement sharing
You may share a link to an achievement page that is publicly visible. If you delete your account, your public achievement share links will stop working and visitors will see a generic notice that the content is no longer available.
No gambling, no wagering, no prizes
ScoresIQ is a free football score prediction challenge for friends. It does not involve real money, gambling, wagering, betting, or prizes of monetary value. No payouts are offered. ScoresIQ does not operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling service.
No affiliation with sports organizations
ScoresIQ is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, or any football league, club, or sports data provider unless explicitly authorized in writing. Match results, timings, and scores depend on third-party data providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not responsible for errors in sports data sourced from external providers.
User content
By using ScoresIQ, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the content you create or submit, including group names, prediction data, display names, and shared achievement content, for the purpose of running the product. You keep ownership of content you create.
Abuse and account termination
We may restrict or remove access to ScoresIQ, or remove specific content, if we determine that abuse, manipulation, or misuse has occurred. This includes actions that disrupt the game for other players.
Disclaimer of warranties
ScoresIQ is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, accurate, or error-free at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScoresIQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. The specific governing jurisdiction is a pending decision and will be confirmed in a future update to these terms.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of ScoresIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
