We collect your Google display name, email address, profile picture, and the country on your profile when you choose one or when we use it for eligibility rules in the product.
We store basic game activity needed to run ScoresIQ: groups you join, your score predictions, and how you show up on group leaderboards.
We use this data to run your account, power groups and predictions, show leaderboards, answer support requests, and keep the product safe.
Your email address is not shown publicly and is not shown to regular group members. Group administrators in groups you belong to may see your email address for group management, invitations, member access, support, or product safety.
Your display name and profile picture may be visible to other members of the same group.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may use an optional cookie to remember when you access ScoresIQ through a partner or affiliate referral link. This cookie is only set with your consent, is used only for referral attribution, and declining it does not prevent you from using ScoresIQ.
Sign-in and authentication
You sign in to ScoresIQ using your Google account. We do not offer email and password sign-in. Google shares your display name, email address, and profile picture with us when you authorize the connection.
ScoresIQ uses Supabase to manage authentication and store your account data. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.
When you sign in, ScoresIQ sets session and authentication cookies in your browser. These cookies are required to keep you signed in and to protect your account. They are cleared when you sign out.
Data we collect
We collect your email address, display name, profile picture, and the country you set on your profile. We also collect game activity: the groups you join, predictions you submit, your scores, your leaderboard positions, and any achievements you earn.
When you or other players visit a public achievement share page, we may render a display name associated with that achievement. Public share links you create can be revoked at any time by deleting your account.
Our servers record request logs and diagnostics, including IP addresses and timestamps, for security and operational purposes. These operational and security logs are retained for up to 90 days by default. Authentication and audit records may be retained longer where required for security tracing.
How we use your data
We use your data to run your account, power group predictions and leaderboards, display achievements, respond to support requests, and keep the product safe. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal identifiers (email, name, profile picture, sign-in linkage) are erased or replaced. Your past prediction and scoring records are kept in a form that does not identify you, so other players leaderboard history stays accurate.
Your rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can do this from within the app under your account settings, or by visiting the account deletion page.
You have the right to access or correct your personal data. To make a request, email admin@scoresiq.com.
Security
All data transmitted between your device and ScoresIQ is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect personal data stored on our servers.
International transfers
ScoresIQ and its service providers may process and store your data in regions outside your country of residence, including regions with different data protection laws. By using ScoresIQ, you acknowledge this.
Affiliate referral cookie
We may set an optional cookie if you arrive via a partner or affiliate referral link. This cookie is anonymous and set before you create an account. It is not linked to your account and is not mutated or removed when you delete your account. You can clear it at any time using your browser controls.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Policy changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the date below. Continued use of ScoresIQ after a change means you accept the updated policy.
